We will work as a team in creation of an excellent New Hire Orientation Program, Training Sequences with Task Lists for all Exempt and non-Exempt positions, and Job Descriptions in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act and FLSA. We also personally designed an innovative skills training program entitled "Partners in Quality" while serving as Corporate Director of Human Resources for HEI Hotels. Together, with our management teams commitment, we positively impacted guest service in all 20 hotels nationwide. In addition, we implemented an excellent Sexual Harassment Training Program for supervisors within one of our premier client’s organization.
